Chance Bar is a small and intimate dining setting. It is casual with an array of options for the adventurous or classic eater. Our menu is thoughtful and seasonal. With eclectic and approachable beer and wine offerings, Chance Bar is perfect for special occasions or a casual night out with friends and family. The bar rail is ideal to try a new wine or have an old favorite with a small plate or a snack. Full service dining is also available at the bar, in our lounge, and on our outdoor patio. Please contact us for Family Style dining options for large parties. We can do private parties or buy-outs for Rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, birthday parties or any other reason to celebrate with family and friends. COREY AND AMY BOWERS
Corey and Amy Bowers have decided to plant their roots here in the Summit City, their home town. The couple spent 8 years in Chicago, working in an assortment of restaurants, mainly at Michelin recommended HB Home Bistro for 5 years. Chance Bar is Corey's opportunity to share his Love of cooking and allow free origination of dishes. He enjoys playfulness in his cooking, offering classic preparation with whimsy.
Corey has been cooking for upwards of 15 years. He worked in Bloomington, Indiana at Nick's English Hut and Restaurant Tallent. He is trained in classic French technique and utilizes a variety of flavors from Europe, North-Africa, The Mediterranean and The Middle East.
